LDW24S series profiles bending machine is a three-roll bending mode with arc downward adjustment. The machine can finish the rolling, arcing and aligning of various profiles at one time. (Note: When the precision requirement of rolled profile is high, special die should be prepared. If the precision is relaxed properly, general die can be used to complete the rolled profile.)
The machine body adopts steel plate welded parts, for the closed frame structure, the position of upper roll is fixed, two lower rolls can arc up and down around the fixed revolving center, the three rollers are all active rollers, whose power is supplied by hydraulic motor, and can rotate in both directions. An idler device is arranged on both sides of the upper roller to control the rolling accuracy of the profile. Two the lower roller is equipped with a digital display device.
The upper and lower work rolls of the machine are all active rollers. This avoids the possibility of asynchrony in the winding process. The linear speed of the upper and lower work rolls is automatically matched by the hydraulic system during the rolling process. The rotary movement of the equipment is equipped with a braking device to ensure the accurate positioning of the work roll. The device runs smoothly, and the coil is flexible and reliable.
The main function of the hydraulic system of the bending machine is to drive the rotation movement of the upper and lower rollers, the lifting movement of the two sides of the rollers, and the tracking of the supporting rollers. The whole hydraulic system is reasonable, advanced and reliable. Equipped with oil absorption and oil return filter to ensure cleanliness of the system oil. The main components (pumps, oil filters, motors, seals) in the hydraulic system are all made by famous domestic manufacturers, and their performance is stable and quality is reliable. |
